Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 11, 2026 | Last Updated: September 19, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern travel planning, advisory, reservation, and related services provided by ETA Travel Advisors, LLC ("ETA Travel Advisors," "we," "us," or "our").

By requesting travel planning services, approving an itinerary, authorizing a reservation or payment, or otherwise engaging ETA Travel Advisors to arrange travel on your behalf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Independent Travel Advisor

ETA Travel Advisors, LLC provides travel advisory, planning, and reservation services and acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent third-party travel suppliers.

ETA Travel Advisors is an Independent Agent of FST No. ST15578 and CST No. 2090937-50.

Travel services may be booked through airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, destination management companies, travel insurance providers, and other independent suppliers ("Suppliers").

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ETA Travel Advisors does not own, operate, manage, or control these Suppliers.

2. Third-Party Suppliers

Travel products and services arranged by ETA Travel Advisors are provided by independent Suppliers.

Each Supplier may maintain its own:

  • Terms and conditions
  • Cancellation policies
  • Refund policies
  • Deposit requirements
  • Final-payment deadlines
  • Change fees
  • Baggage policies
  • Check-in requirements
  • Health and safety requirements
  • Passenger contracts
  • Liability limitations

By authorizing a booking, you also agree to the applicable Supplier's terms and conditions.

Where a Supplier's terms conflict with these Terms regarding a Supplier-provided travel service, the Supplier's applicable contractual terms generally govern that service.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

Unless specifically stated otherwise, travel quotes are estimates based on pricing and availability at the time they are prepared.

Airfare, accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, taxes, fees, surcharges, exchange rates, promotions, and other travel components may change without notice.

A quote does not guarantee:

  • Price
  • Availability
  • Room or cabin category
  • Seat assignment
  • Promotion
  • Upgrade
  • Airfare
  • Supplier inventory

until the applicable Supplier confirms the reservation and required payment or deposit has been processed.

ETA Travel Advisors is not responsible for price or availability changes that occur before a reservation is confirmed.

4. Traveler Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate traveler information.

Names provided for reservations must match the traveler's government-issued identification and, when applicable, passport.

You must promptly review all:

  • Names
  • Dates
  • Destinations
  • Flight information
  • Hotel reservations
  • Cruise information
  • Room or cabin categories
  • Passenger information
  • Travel documents
  • Payment amounts

and notify ETA Travel Advisors immediately of any errors.

Costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the traveler, or from corrections requested after confirmation, are the traveler's responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for determining and satisfying all documentation and entry requirements applicable to their trip, including:

  • Passports
  • Passport validity requirements
  • Visas
  • Electronic travel authorizations
  • Government identification
  • Entry and exit requirements
  • Immigration requirements
  • Customs requirements
  • Documentation for minors
  • Transit-country requirements

Requirements may vary based on citizenship, residency, destination, transit points, length of stay, and other circumstances.

ETA Travel Advisors may provide general information or direct travelers to relevant resources, but travelers remain responsible for verifying current requirements with the appropriate government authorities.

Failure to possess required documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, cancellation, additional expense, or loss of travel payments.

6. Health and Travel Requirements

Travelers are responsible for reviewing current health, vaccination, testing, medication, accessibility, and destination-specific travel requirements applicable to their circumstances.

Government and Supplier requirements may change before or during travel.

Travelers should consult appropriate government agencies and qualified medical professionals regarding health-related travel decisions.

Information provided by ETA Travel Advisors concerning health or entry requirements is for general travel-planning purposes and should not be considered medical or legal advice.

7. Accessibility and Accommodation Requests

ETA Travel Advisors will communicate traveler-provided accessibility and accommodation requests to Suppliers when requested.

Examples may include:

  • Accessible hotel rooms
  • Mobility-related accommodations
  • Cruise accessibility requests
  • Airport assistance
  • Dietary requests
  • Service-animal-related requests
  • Transportation accommodations

Because accommodations are ultimately provided and controlled by third-party Suppliers, ETA Travel Advisors cannot guarantee that a requested accommodation will be available or that a Supplier's facilities or services will meet a traveler's particular needs.

Travelers should provide accessibility-related requests as early as possible and review Supplier-specific accessibility information before confirming travel.

8. Deposits and Payments

Reservations may require a deposit, partial payment, or full payment.

Payment requirements are established by the applicable Supplier and may vary by reservation.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing valid payment information
  • Reviewing payment amounts before authorization
  • Meeting deposit deadlines
  • Meeting final-payment deadlines
  • Maintaining sufficient available credit or funds

Failure to make payment by a Supplier's deadline may result in automatic cancellation or loss of previously paid amounts.

ETA Travel Advisors is not responsible for reservations canceled because a traveler failed to satisfy a communicated payment deadline.

9. Credit and Debit Card Authorization

When you authorize ETA Travel Advisors to submit a payment, you authorize the applicable amount to be charged by the Supplier, host agency, or other authorized travel merchant associated with the reservation.

The merchant name appearing on your account statement may differ from "ETA Travel Advisors" and may identify the applicable Supplier or authorized travel entity.

You agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback solely because the merchant name on your statement differs from ETA Travel Advisors when the charge corresponds to a transaction you authorized.

Nothing in this provision limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection or payment-card laws to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legally disputable transaction.

10. Professional Planning and Service Fees

ETA Travel Advisors may charge professional fees for certain advisory, research, itinerary-development, consultation, reservation, modification, group, concierge, or other services.

When a professional fee applies:

  • The amount will be disclosed before the fee is charged.
  • You will have an opportunity to accept or decline the applicable service before payment.
  • Professional fees charged by ETA Travel Advisors are separate from amounts charged by travel Suppliers.

Unless otherwise disclosed in writing before purchase, professional planning and service fees compensate ETA Travel Advisors for services performed and may be nonrefundable once the applicable work has begun.

Supplier cancellations or refunds do not automatically entitle a traveler to a refund of professional fees paid to ETA Travel Advisors.

11. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation, modification, and refund rights are determined primarily by the applicable Supplier's rules and the travel product purchased.

Depending on the reservation, cancellation or modification may result in:

  • Supplier penalties
  • Change fees
  • Fare differences
  • Loss of deposit
  • Loss of promotional pricing
  • Loss of credits or incentives
  • Nonrefundable charges
  • ETA Travel Advisors service fees, when previously disclosed

Travelers should not assume a reservation is refundable unless the applicable terms expressly state that it is refundable.

Cancellation requests should be submitted to ETA Travel Advisors in writing whenever practicable.

A cancellation is not considered complete until it has been acknowledged and processed by the applicable Supplier.

12. Refunds and Travel Credits

When a Supplier authorizes a refund or travel credit, processing times and payment methods are controlled by that Supplier and applicable payment processors.

ETA Travel Advisors may assist with communication and processing but does not control when a Supplier issues an approved refund or credit.

Supplier-issued:

  • Future travel credits
  • Vouchers
  • Certificates
  • Promotional credits
  • Airline credits
  • Cruise credits

may be subject to expiration dates, traveler-name restrictions, blackout dates, fare differences, and other Supplier conditions.

13. Travel Insurance

Travel involves financial and operational risks, including cancellation, interruption, delay, medical emergencies, lost or delayed baggage, and other unexpected events.

Travel insurance may be available for certain trips.

ETA Travel Advisors may provide information concerning available travel protection products when permitted and applicable. Coverage, exclusions, eligibility requirements, benefit limits, and claims decisions are governed exclusively by the applicable insurance policy or protection plan.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the complete policy documentation before purchase.

If you decline available travel protection, you accept the financial risks associated with traveling without the declined coverage.

ETA Travel Advisors does not make coverage or claim determinations on behalf of an insurer.

14. Air Travel

Airline schedules, routes, aircraft, seat assignments, fare rules, baggage allowances, and other operating conditions are controlled by the airline and may change.

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Confirming flight schedules before departure
  • Arriving at airports within required check-in periods
  • Meeting airline identification requirements
  • Understanding baggage restrictions and fees
  • Complying with security requirements

ETA Travel Advisors is not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, missed connections, denied boarding, baggage issues, or other airline operational decisions.

When assistance is requested, ETA Travel Advisors may help travelers communicate with the applicable airline or identify alternatives.

15. Cruises

Cruise reservations are subject to the applicable cruise line's passenger ticket contract and other terms.

Cruise lines may modify:

  • Itineraries
  • Ports of call
  • Arrival and departure times
  • Ships
  • Onboard offerings
  • Embarkation requirements

when permitted under their contractual terms or applicable law.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the cruise line's documentation, identification requirements, health requirements, embarkation procedures, and passenger contract.

16. Hotels, Resorts, Tours, and Other Travel Services

Hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, attractions, and other Suppliers establish their own policies regarding:

  • Check-in and check-out
  • Resort or destination fees
  • Security deposits
  • Incidental charges
  • Age requirements
  • Occupancy
  • Amenities
  • Accessibility
  • Cancellations
  • Changes

Travelers are responsible for reviewing applicable Supplier requirements before travel.

17. Events Beyond the Control of ETA Travel Advisors

Travel may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ETA Travel Advisors, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Epidemics or public-health events
  • War or civil unrest
  • Terrorism
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Border closures
  • Labor disputes or strikes
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Supplier insolvency
  • Mechanical failures
  • Utility or communications outages
  • Acts or omissions of third-party Suppliers

When such an event occurs, ETA Travel Advisors may assist with available alternatives, cancellations, changes, claims documentation, or Supplier communications.

Any refund, credit, rebooking, or other remedy remains subject to applicable Supplier terms and law.

18. Supplier Acts and Omissions

ETA Travel Advisors exercises reasonable care in arranging travel services but is not the operator of the independent travel services purchased by travelers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ETA Travel Advisors is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, failures, representations, or performance of third-party Suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

19. Traveler Conduct

Travelers are responsible for complying with Supplier rules, applicable laws, security requirements, and reasonable standards of conduct.

A Supplier may refuse or discontinue service when permitted by its policies or applicable law.

ETA Travel Advisors is not responsible for losses resulting from a Supplier's lawful refusal of service based on traveler conduct or failure to satisfy applicable requirements.

20. Destination Conditions and Travel Advisories

Conditions at a destination may change.

Travelers should independently review current information concerning:

  • Government travel advisories
  • Security conditions
  • Weather
  • Local laws
  • Health conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Entry requirements

before departure.

Travel decisions remain the responsibility of the traveler.

21. Personal Information

ETA Travel Advisors may collect and process personal information necessary to research, arrange, manage, and service travel.

Certain information may need to be provided to Suppliers, host-agency systems, booking platforms, payment processors, insurance providers, or other parties involved in fulfilling requested travel services.

Our handling of personal information is additionally governed by the ETA Travel Advisors Privacy Policy.

Travelers should avoid transmitting sensitive personal or payment information through unsecured communication methods when a secure method is available.

22. Electronic Communications and Signatures

You consent to receiving travel-related communications electronically, including by:

  • Email
  • Text message
  • Client portal
  • Electronic forms
  • Other electronic systems you elect to use with ETA Travel Advisors

Where permitted by law, electronic approvals, authorizations, acknowledgments, and signatures may be treated as equivalent to written signatures.

23. Communications and Response Times

Travelers are responsible for monitoring the contact methods they provide to ETA Travel Advisors.

Time-sensitive offers, reservation options, and Supplier deadlines may expire before a traveler responds.

ETA Travel Advisors cannot guarantee that an option, quote, promotion, seat, room, cabin, or other inventory will remain available while awaiting traveler authorization.

24. Errors and Corrections

Although ETA Travel Advisors takes reasonable steps to provide accurate information, clerical, typographical, pricing, transmission, or Supplier-generated errors may occur.

If an error is identified before travel, ETA Travel Advisors will make reasonable efforts to assist in correcting it.

ETA Travel Advisors is not required to honor an obvious erroneous price, Supplier error, or booking condition that the applicable Supplier does not honor.

25. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original content appearing on the ETA Travel Advisors website - including written content, branding, graphics, photography, video, travel guides, and other original materials - is owned by or licensed to ETA Travel Advisors, LLC and may not be reproduced or commercially distributed without authorization.

Supplier names, trademarks, logos, images, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

26. Website Information

Destination descriptions, hotel information, cruise information, photographs, maps, schedules, amenities, and other information displayed on our website may originate from Suppliers or third-party sources.

Travel information changes frequently.

Website content is provided for general informational and planning purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular service, amenity, attraction, route, schedule, or feature will be available at the time of travel.

27. No Guarantee of Travel Experience

Travel experiences are inherently subjective.

Recommendations provided by ETA Travel Advisors are based on available information, traveler preferences, professional judgment, and information supplied by third parties.

ETA Travel Advisors does not guarantee:

  • A particular travel experience
  • Weather conditions
  • Supplier performance
  • Upgrade availability
  • Specific views
  • Wildlife sightings
  • Attraction availability
  • Dining availability
  • Special requests unless expressly confirmed by the responsible Supplier

28. Special Requests

ETA Travel Advisors may communicate special requests to Suppliers, including requests involving:

  • Bedding
  • Room location
  • Adjoining rooms
  • Dietary preferences
  • Celebrations
  • Seating
  • Accessibility
  • Early check-in
  • Late check-out

Unless specifically confirmed by the responsible Supplier as guaranteed, special requests should be considered requests rather than guarantees.

29. Children and Minors

A parent, legal guardian, or other properly authorized adult is responsible for ensuring that minors have all required documentation and authorization for travel.

International travel with minors may involve additional consent, custody, documentation, or entry requirements.

Travelers are responsible for verifying those requirements with the relevant governmental authorities and Suppliers.

30. Groups

Group travel may be governed by additional terms regarding:

  • Minimum participation
  • Deposits
  • Payment schedules
  • Room or cabin allocations
  • Group rates
  • Complimentary accommodations
  • Name changes
  • Cancellations
  • Group amenities

When additional group terms apply, they will be provided separately and become part of the traveler's agreement for the applicable group.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ETA Travel Advisors, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from third-party travel services or circumstances outside ETA Travel Advisors' reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

32. Governing Law

Except where applicable consumer-protection or other law requires otherwise, these Terms and the relationship between the traveler and ETA Travel Advisors, LLC shall be governed by the laws applicable to ETA Travel Advisors, LLC's principal place of business.

Any mandatory rights provided to a traveler under applicable federal, state, or local law remain unaffected.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

34. Changes to These Terms

ETA Travel Advisors may revise these Terms periodically.

The version applicable to a transaction will ordinarily be the version in effect when the traveler authorizes the applicable service or reservation, unless subsequent changes are required by law or agreed to by the parties.

The effective date and last-updated date will appear at the beginning of this document.

35. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting ETA Travel Advisors to perform travel-planning services, authorizing a reservation or payment, signing or electronically accepting a travel-planning or booking authorization, or purchasing travel arranged through ETA Travel Advisors, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms and applicable Supplier terms.
