• Payment information, which is typically entered into and processed by travel Suppliers, our host agency, or payment processors such as PayPal.

• Our host agency and its systems, which support booking, commission processing, and compliance. ETA Travel Advisors is an Independent Agent of FST No. ST15578 and CST No. 2090937-50.
• Service providers that help us operate our business, such as our website and client-management platform (Travefy), email and text-messaging services, and website analytics providers.
• Payment processors, such as PayPal, to process professional service fees.
• Travel insurance providers, when you request information about or purchase travel protection.
• Government authorities, when required for travel (for example, airline passenger data required by the Transportation Security Administration or customs and immigration authorities) or when otherwise required by law.
• Other parties in connection with a legal requirement, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

Suppliers and other third parties handle your information under their own privacy policies.

With your consent, we may send newsletters, travel deals, and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send transactional messages about your inquiries or reservations.

If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send text messages about your trip (such as updates, reminders, and changes) and, if you separately agree, promotional messages about travel offers.

• Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages.
